Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage focuses on treating chronic pain
issues, improving function & performance of the body,
while providing overall relaxation. Myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and trigger point modalities are all used in combination with hot packs, aromatherapy and knowledgeable advice on at home self-care, to continue to encourage the benefits received, long past the completion of your session. Great for after injury, rehabilitation,
sporting events or just living life.

Relaxation Massage

Relaxation Massage uses moderate to gentle pressure to decrease stress, anxiety and tension. Hot packs can be used to increase blood flow, aromatherapy to engage the nervous system, and at home
self-care suggestions offered to increase the
impact of your massage session.

About Tammy

Tammy has been assisting in pain relief & encouraging her client’s bodies to tap into their natural ability to heal, through Massage, since 2000. While in school for Massage, she was involved in a car accident that set her on a path of injury recovery and pain relief focus within her work. Also using Massage as a tool in a bigger sense of improving her client’s life condition, along with Wellness Coaching. 

Tammy utilizing multiple modalities to achieve her client’s goal for each session. She combines myofascial release, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, soft tissue relaxation and deep tissue techniques to create a unique massage experience each time, combined with tips for overall wellness. 

Outside of massaging, Tammy is also has a passion for making healthy, energy creating foods and tonics. She loves music, dance, exploring the mountains through hiking, and volunteerism with Friends of Red Rocks. She is a budding nature photographer and avid yogini. She also is active in her local Buddhist organization, with the intention of creating change in the world through individual efforts.

She believes strongly in the organic and local food movements, GMO labeling, and being a steward to our beautiful planet.
